Spring Jewelry Trends for 2019

While there are still a few hints of last Fall’s accessory trends (like gold and statement making pieces), this Spring is all about revving up lively, new looks that will lead us into summer. Some playful styles and some dramatic, there’s something for everyone — whether you’re into runway-ready looks, or more at home in approachable styles you can wear with a pair of jeans. Here are a few of our favorite upcoming accessory trends to put a spring in your step:

Thick gold chains. The trend toward bold gold is still going strong and looks like it’s sticking around for a while. Get ready to see large, bulky links and chains that range in length from chokers to Y necklaces that extend almost to the navel!

Layer and stack. From rings, to bracelets, to loads of necklaces, layered accessories add eye-catching flair without feeling too heavy. Pair 3 necklaces of different lengths with a simple studded earring or go for a flash with a stack of bangle bracelets and no other jewelry at all!

Western-inspired. Feathers, leather details or fringe are a fun way to elevate an everyday outfit and feel a little boho chic in the meantime. But be sure you don’t incorporate too much of a good thing! Choose one item to give your outfit that extra touch of flair — like a necklace with fringed fabric or thin chains, an earring with a single dangling feather, or a t-shirt with leather paneled detailing.

Charm bracelets. Pull out that jangly arm candy or dust off your childhood charm bracelets — those fun, flouncy baubles are back! Throw on a bracelet with a simple t-shirt and pant, and your wrist candy will be the star of the show.

Celestial shapes. Dainty crescent moons and stars aren’t just for gypsies! Just as hanging mobiles of the phases of the moon are gaining popularity in home decor, celestial shapes in jewelry are on the rise.
